1. Is there an Application Fee? Yes. $5000 with reservation; non-refundable after seven days.
2. Can I rent? Call 352 473 6100 X 301 and speak with Sue regarding rental units that are available.
3. Is there an Entrance Fee? Yes; see the total price for one person and the total price for two persons. Total Entrance Fee is due upon taking residency.
4. What does a renovated unit include? New cabinetry in kitchen and baths, range, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, washer and dryer, tile and carpeting.  In the quadruplexes, elevators provide access to the second floors.
5. What square footage are the units? approximately 1,250 square feet
6. What does the Monthly Service Fee include? Cost of utilities, maintenance of buildings, grounds care, and share of overhead.
   
7. What expenses am I responsible for? Telephone, TV, and apartment insurance for your personal property.
8. Do I have protection for my vehicle? Each unit is provided with one carport.
9. Are second floor units accessible by elevator? Elevators are installed in renovated two-story buildings.
10. Can families visit independent residents in their apartments? yes, there is a three week limit at no extra charge.
11. May independent living residents eat meals in the dining room? Yes, we offer per meal charge, one meal per day package ($270/month) and all meals ($670/month) per person (rates subject to change)
12. What happens when I cannot live independently? A LifeLease resident is guaranteed a place in the Assisted Living Facility with extended congregate care services at special rates.
13. What spiritual activities do you have? Sunday and midweek services as Park of the Palms Church on campus, seasonal Bible conferences with outstanding speakers, weekly Bible studies, men's and women's prayer meetings, and a gospel outreach to a local nursing home.
14. What other activities do you have? Winter Saturday evening concerts, extensive library, Walsh Wellness Center, shuffleboard court, miniature golf, putting green, and heated swimming pool.
